Team 360 Debriefing Workshop
In this program, team members use the Team Performance Profile to analyze and guide discussions about how to maintain and improve the way in which the team is working.

- Use specific tools to manage your own responses to change.
- Build resiliency by recognizing that changes affect not just you but others and, that there are typically things you can do to influence a better change outcome.
- Use a structured agenda to ask for and receive support you may need from team members.
